• Returns can be made after noticing us by e-mail.
• We will inform you how to send your parcel back
• If it has no traces of use, the item can be returned in its original undamaged packaging within 14 days of receipt.
• Please return the item together with the original order form to: FAM Flower Farm, Heereweg 361, 2161 CB Lisse, The Netherlands
• The shipping cost on return will not be refunded.
• After receiving your package, we will refund the order amount to you minus 10 Euro handling and restocking fee.
• Fresh flowers are excluded from our return service

Cancel an order

Cancelled orders are subject to a 10 Euro cancellation fee.
