A beautiful red chard with a tender, fresh taste. Ideal for stewing, stir-frying, or raw in salads. Rhubarb Chars is decorative enough to be grown in borders or flower beds.

Sow in rows outdoors from April to July (for stems) or until September (for leaves). Space rows further apart for stems. Cut leaves a few centimeters above the ground, as they will regrow. Stems can be grown as a vegetable, like celery.
